Statement on Inclusion and Rejection of Folkism

Drengsiðr firmly rejects racism, ethnic exclusion, and all folkish interpretations of Heathenry that seek to limit participation on the basis of race, ancestry, nationality, or bloodline. We hold that the religious path of Drengsiðr is not the inheritance of any single ethnic group, nor is devotion, honor, or worth determined by lineage.

We affirm that Drengsiðr Heathenism is open to anyone who approaches it with sincerity, respect, and a genuine commitment to its values and practices. People of every race, ethnicity, sex, nationality, and background are welcome to participate in our religious community.

We reject the misuse of Norse symbols, lore, and religious tradition in support of hatred, supremacy, exclusion, or prejudice. Such distortions stand contrary to the dignity, frith, honor, and mutual respect that we seek to cultivate.

Drengsiðr is committed to building a religious community grounded in character rather than ancestry, in conduct rather than blood, and in shared devotion rather than exclusion.
